1. Definitions & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between the 8a888 platform and all its users. The key terms used in this document are explained below:

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or unusual activity on your account, you must notify the 8a888 support team immediately.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

The minimum age to use 8a888 services is 21. 8a888 reserves the right to verify age and identity at the time of account creation or at any point thereafter. Government-issued identification (National ID card, passport) may be requested for verification.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted at 8a888: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such deposits will be rejected.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

8a888 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Additional documents may be requested in special circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 8a888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus may be cancelled if misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses are available to verified members only — using bots or automated methods to claim bonuses is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitute a serious violation of the Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through bots, automated software, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Bonus abuse: using multiple identities solely to claim bonuses.
• Attempting to fix game outcomes or exploiting technical errors.
• Threatening, intimidating, or harassing 8a888 staff.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes using false or misleading information.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Fair Play Policy

7.2 Technical Issues

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. Accounts may also be closed under the Self-Exclusion programme.

8a888 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• For the member's own protection (responsible gaming reasons).

9. Limitation of Liability
